Yes. Pay a small advance online (UPI) at checkout to confirm your order, and pay the balance in cash when the parcel is delivered.

Shipping is free across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email. You can also log in to your account on our website and open Orders to see the status.

Yes, within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused with original tags and packaging. Log in with your email ID, open your order and click Return. We don't arrange pickup, so please courier the product to our Surat address given in the return request. Clearance sale items cannot be returned.

For an exchange, return the product and place a new order for the item you want.

After we receive and check the returned product, your refund is processed within 4–5 working days. Your bank may take a little extra time to show it in your account.
